COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS

 

Refund and exchange
 

You have the option of returning your purchased products within 14 days from the date of purchase. You are also entitled to replace the item or refund the money. The item you want to return / replace must be intact, in the original undamaged packaging with all attachments / accessories attached. Otherwise, the reimbursement and refund will be canceled or partially DISCHARGED.

 

 

Within 14 days of receiving the package (either at our office or through our online store), please inform us in writing that you are withdrawing from the contract (on mail: narocila@amp-solar.com, mail or call us on 070 386 781). Return your product by post or personally to: AMP-SOLAR d.o.o, REŠKA CESTA 18A, 6258 PRESTRANEK, Slovenia.

 

Please include a completed return / replacement form in the package: REFUND FORM or REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT

 

Without the attached form, we will not address the request! If you do not have the option to print, you can completely overwrite the form, or you can collapse all the data that is in the form on the sheet. If all the required information is not on the list, we will reject the request.

 

The shipping cost of the package is on the sender's side. Shipments with ransom are not accepted.

In the event that we do not receive the cancellation of the contract and the return of the product within 14 days of the date of purchase, no refund or payment can be made.

 

Within 8 working days of receiving your package, the item will be replaced or the money returned to the customer. In the package is required to give a copy of the invoice!

 

 

Complaints

 

In case of product failure, you can claim a warranty. A warranty is provided in the accompanying instructions for a particular product. Return your product by post or personally to: AMP-SOLAR d.o.o, REŠKA CESTA 18A, 6258 PRESTRANEK, Slovenia. In case of a complaint, before sending the product, please inform us on our email: narocila@amp-solar.com or call us on 070 386 781.

 

The warranty does not apply in the case of:

- physical injuries,

- wear due to the use,

- errors arising from incorrect, inadequate and negligent use of the product.

 

Please include a completed return / replacement form in the package: PRODUCT COMPLAINT FORM

Failure or defects in the article will be corrected at your request if you inform them within the warranty period. We will repair the failure within 45 days of the date of the failure report (it will be sent to an authorized service center) at the latest.
